Hello, i habe exactly the same Problem

I have 2 ms906bt. One is only 6 months old and works fine but another is nearly 3 years old and has not been updated. About 6 months ago I had the same issue with nothing being listed in diagnostics menu. All I can find is that maybe I need to to buy an update package to reinstall the various packages. I'm unwilling to do this if I have no guarantee it will solve the parblem. Any help would be appreciated.
